How did you get your contracts setup and how do you run your numbers to ensure it is a good deal?

I uploaded my own contracts to FreedomSoft and put the different variables in the required fields. Like {sellers name} {title company} {purchase price} {closing date} etc. So the contract can auto populate.

. Can you tell me if I have a list of properties with contacts already with phone numbers and cell numbers. Can I import the, into the software from google sheets? If so is the a limit of properties and contacts that I can import.
My lists have a lot of the information that is generated but it has already gone through some type of skip traces. So I want to import this into the software and have it map the first name, properly address, phone numbers, etc etc. into this and have this program manage my contact.
Also is it possible to allow a VA manage the cold calling with this site?

So I have never used Flipster but I’ll say that you likely won’t find another more complete system to run your entire business on than FreedomSoft.
Also I believe FreedomSoft is the only real estate investor CRM software with a mobile app. Don’t quote me on that one, but I believe that is still the case.

– The vacant leads that FreedomSoft pulls is from the USPS database and the other information is pulled from the Attom database. So yes, I would say the information is fairly accurate.
– I utilize FreedomSoft quiet often.
– If you are interested in operating a successful real estate wholesaling business, it is a very good idea to utilize a CRM. I have tried other CRM’s and in my opinion FreedomSoft is the best for wholesaling houses.

I have bought lots of properties in the past but THIS software looks like the real deal and a big piece of the puzzle I’ve been missing. 3 Questions…How many records or leads can I import and store at one time, how secure and PRIVATE is my information, and is there a pricing structure that would include say 100+ users?

– There is no limit to the amount of lists you can import. The time to complete the import will be based on the number of items in the list. Usually, it will be pretty quick.
– FreedomSoft uses Amazon S3 for their servers so I would say they are pretty secure and private.
– The Max subscription allows 6 users, any additional users after 6 will be $27/month.
